Required Skills: Telephony (DS3, DS0, T1 64K, 56K, AMI, and B8ZS), Telephony troubleshooting. Networking, BICSI cable requirements and load limit (loop) standards, Adtran 550/624 programming and product limitations. IP configuration @ Gateway and Subnet level on Cisco products. Functional Knowledge of; Sybase / SQL, Windows Networking knowledge of NT, 2000, XP. Troubleshooting skills of common Networks Class A and B. Knowledge of IIS webservers, Apache, Unix and Betrieve.
Qualifications Preferred but not required: CompTIA A+, T1/56K/Pots circuit testing, Cable management and LAN/WAN testing.
