Ironwood Communications is seeking Satellite Technicians!

Full Time Opportunities Available NOW for both local and remote techs!!!!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, upgrade, service and repair satellite products
Handles all customer complaints, questions and develops solutions
Responsible for completing work orders, retrieving proper signatures for accurate billing
Ensures all installation work is done according to quality standards
Reports to dispatch according to company procedures
Assists with work overflow
Follows all company policy and procedures
Adheres to safety policies

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have access to a reliable Truck or Van
High School Diploma or G.E.D
One year experience in electronics, CATV, telecommunications or related field preferred
Computer knowledge is a plus
Valid driver's license
Must pass a drug screen and background check
