Installation and Service Technician

is looking to fill a full time Field Service/Installer position in our Tumwater, WA facility.  Candidates for this position need not be expierenced in our industry specificly but must have previous work expierence in field service, troubleshooting, some basic plumbing and minor electrical work.  Must be physically fit and able to lift/move/carry 100 plus lbs as required.  Wages DOE; benefits include 401k, medical, vision, dental and more.

 

 

Job Description:

Serves customers by installing and servicing water treatment systems and products.



Duties:

* Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; conducting tests; resolving problems.



* Establishes service by studying system requirements; gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.



* Maintains rapport with customers by  identifying solutions; suggesting upgrades and recommending system improvements.



* Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance and notifying your supervisor of loss or breakage.

 

* Documents service and installation actions by completing work orders, reports, logs, and records.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
