Ironwood Communications is seeking Satellite Installers!

Full Time Opportunities Available NOW!!!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Install, upgrade, service and repair satellite products
Handles all customer complaints, questions and develops solutions
Responsible for completing work orders, retrieving proper signatures for accurate billing
Ensures all installation work is done according to quality standards
Reports to dispatch according to company procedures
Assists with work overflow
Follows all company policy and procedures
Adheres to safety policies

REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
One year experience in electronics, CATV, telecommunications or related field preferred
Computer knowledge is a plus
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (truck)
Must pass a drug screen and background check
