Instrument Repair Technician - Exciting New Product!

Our Technical Support/Service group seeks a resourceful, high-energy Instrument Repair Technician to focus on supporting a new and very successful product, ESA's Corona? CAD? (Charged Aerosol Detector).  The Corona? is a breakthrough, universal detector technology.

 

This position will serve as the primary contact for all Corona related repairs, service, support and information for internal and external customers.  Duties include; installation, inspection, repair, evaluation and testing of post sales Coronas including loaner, demo and lab units.  Excellent electro/mechanical, trobleshooting and interpersonal skills required to provide customer support and training and to work effectively internally with Engineering, Manufacturing and Applications groups. 

 

Qualifications include:Excellent electro/mechanical, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills.

Science (chemistry/biology) background, experience supporting laboratory instrumentation and familiarity with HPLC a definite plus!  Some travel within the U.S. (10-20%).
