Job Overview

ATS is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Junior Field Technician who wants to be part of a fast paced, high growth traffic enforcement technology company. We have an immediate opening for a Junior Field Technician to remove/replace film from outside cameras. Candidate must be hard working and self-motivated with high personal ethics.  Our programs are local and national. We are recruiting for positions based in Philadelphia.  This position will have regular travel between Philadelphia and Washington DC with occasional travel in the North Eastern United States.  You will be traveling independently (by car) to cities where you will retrieve film from photo equipment.  Be prepared to be a part of everyone?s favorite topic of dinner conversation ? traffic tickets.  Please send your resume to FieldTech@atsol.com

 

Responsibilities

The individual will:

? Retrieve and load film from outside locations.

? Daily formatting of computer equipment.

? Provide quality control support

? Must be able to prioritize, comply with processes and quality checklists,

? Must be able to organize, manage and safeguard film supply. 

? Must be able to effectively communicate with the Operations Manager and team members. 

? Maintain a good driving record.

? Provide technical training to other personnel and departments as requested

? Effectively prioritize, plan and manage time

Experience Required

? 1-3 years experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic components, power and connectivity wiring, computer hardware, etc

? 1-3 years of hands on work with electronics, electronic components, and data/video cabling

? This position works under light supervision and reports to the Operations Manager.

? General knowledge with Windows operating systems and Office applications

Work Environment

? Field work will occasionally require bending and lifting of as much as 50-75 lbs as well as operating hand and power tools.

? Regular driving schedule.  Ability to independently remove/replace film from cameras (located up to 32? high so cannot be afraid of heights).  Using a ladder also required.

? Regular exposure to outside elements; accessing cramped spaces as required
