Entry-level Machine Repair Technician
Tyco Electronics PCG, a leader in the manufacture of high-tech printed circuit boards is seeking Maintenance Technician in the Stafford, CT Division.

Skills Required
1. Trouble shoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment. ( relay logic, power supplies, control loops, rotary and linear encoders, etc.)
2. Trouble shoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems. (valves, directional blocks, pumps etc.)
3. Has knowledge of plating equipment such as DC rectifiers and dual plating systems and automated hoist.
4. Is familiar with PLC controls and interfacing, control loops using 4-20 ma, 5 Volt and 10 to 15 volt signaling.
5. Basic mechanical skills needed in the repair of general equipment.
6. Trouble shoot and install motor controls.

Qualifications Needed:
Associates Degree or Certificate in Electrical/Electronics Program and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in machine repair.
