MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Position Description: Canon City company is seeking a full time Mechanical Maintenance Technician. Qualified applicants must be self-motivated, computer literate, able to read and understand blueprints / schematics, possess strong math skills, and be flexible on working hours (will be on call 24 hours a day). Qualified applicants will be required to take a Mechanical Fundamentals test.

Position Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:

Industrial Electrial knowledge (experience preferred)

PLC Programming & Installation

Heavy Lifting

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS INCLUDE: (vocational certificate or associates degree preferable)

Mechanical drive repair, hydraulic / pneumatic troubleshooting & repair, pipe fitting, steel work (welding & cutting), knowledge of CNC machining & repair, brick laying & carpentry.
