FLOWERS BAKING CO. OF DENTON, a world leader in the wholesale baking industry is seeking a dynamic individual to join our multi-talented maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess good electrical and mechanical abilities. Knowledge of PLC's, VFD's & reading schematics extremely helpful as well as welding, pneumatics, hydraulics and fundamental mechanics. Should have at least a semester of college, vocational school, and/or military background, or must be willing to complete the American Institute of Baking maintenance correspondence course within 6 months.
