Job Description:
Grubb & Ellis has an immediate opening for an ELECTRICAL/HVAC/PLUMBING/BUILDING Maintenance Engineer in Hagerstown, MD.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of commercial ELECTRICAL/HVAC applications, including P.M./repair, UPS and EMERGENCY GENERATOR operations and general maintenance.
3-5+ years of hands-on experience.
Must be willing to learn VAV systems, DDC controls, and all other aspects of building maintenance.
Master Electrical license, CFC certificate, Maryland 3rd class engineer license or Master HVAC license desirable.
