Oakwood is seeking a driven Maintenance Engineer to improve property operations. Our ideal candidate will be a long-term team player and multi-task oriented.

Required Skills:

- Maintenance Engineer day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Responding to tenant service calls for repairs
- Maintain exterior & common area lighting
- Utilize your HVAC certification
- Work on HVAC repairs & other minor maintenance functions.
