Maintenance III

CITY: Bakersfield STATE: California COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
1. Perform minor repairs using basic tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc)
2. Clean modular unit with industrial strength products
3. Paint modular units
4. Perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning on branch facility/yard as required
5. Enter job scope and time into computer and complete repair paperwork
6. Work with other Maintenance personnel to learn moderate level repairs
7. Operated onsite vehicles to move parts or equipment
8. Operated service trucks as needed to pick up and/or deliver parts or equipment
9. Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
2. Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision
3. Show up for work as scheduled and on time
4. Work with others in a professional manner
5. Work in accordance with established safety procedures
6. Has basic reading and writing skills
7. Has basic computer skills and can learn new systems
8. Hold a Valid Driver's License
9. Work overtime as needed


Desired:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Manual construction and/or multi-modular unit experience
