We are in search of a Maintenance Manager



 Trained in Emergency Action Plan and is well versed in responsibility.Trained in knowledge of fire prevention systems, maintenance of controls, maintenance of zones, response to sprinkler trips, and reporting of false alarms.Performs preventative maintenance following instructions on P.M. work order, guide lines in equipment manuals, effects repairs that can be immediate, reports larger issues, and documents work accurately.Implements or directs the implementation of all applicable policies and procedures.  Ensures compliance as needed.  Negotiates with external maintenance suppliers and vendors.Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.Strong conflict resolution skills.Process all maintenance orders and maintain adequate inventory control within budgeted guidelines.Ensures full twenty-four (24) hour per day, seven (7) days per week maintenance coverage.Schedules vendors/outside sub-contractors as needed.MP2 knowledge.Implementation of preventative maintenance systems to include monitoring, accountability and auditing.
