Maintenance Mechanic/Printing

Stages, tests, installs and de-installs production printing equipment and systems. Performs hands-on work to adjust and/or replace electronic and/or mechanical parts for the repair of equipment. Performs general preventative maintenance. May develop written instructions for training or equipment modifications, and assists with project implementation of all new and improved technologies. Provides support, training, and service for all production equipment. Utilizes test devices and electrical schematics to troubleshoot electronic and/or mechanical problems.5 or more years directly related experience. Specialized knowledge typically acquired through technical or vocational certification program or an Associate?s degree. Printing, Manufacturing, and Electrician experience preferred. PLC knowledge and/or experience helpful.  This posting is for a 2nd shift position. Normal shift hours would be 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (may combine breaks in order to have a half-hour lunch period).  Normal schedule is Monday through Friday, however some weekend overtime may be required as needed.
