Maintenance Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Our client is a very successful and stable manufacturer in the food and beverage industry. They have an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor. This critical position will lead the plant maintenance team and work directly with upper plant management. The position requires:

- Minimum of 3-5+ years maintenance management in food processing, chemical, and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant

- Knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes and machinery

- Strong Electrical and Mechanical engineering knowledge

- Ability to recognize cost savings initiatives (equipment and general plant energy savings)

- Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experience

- Solid experience in project management

- Strong leadership skills required

- Experience with budgeting and cost management

- High-speed packaging equipment experience a PLUS! 

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
