Maintenance Technician - Burlington, Mercer and Middlesex Counties, NJ

 

This position involves maintaining a center location in a safe, functional, and marketable condition; responding to emergencies at the centers to correct unsafe or hazardous conditions; maintaining each facility within all required codes and licensing standards; you will also maintain daily communication with Facilities Department Management and Dispatch Operations; implement programs and upgrades and maintain accurate records on expenses, work orders, equipment history, van parts and supply inventory. 

 

Requirements for this position include: strong plumbing and electrical maintenance experience in a multi-unit environment with one or more years of experience in a similar position and comparable working conditions, and working knowledge of computers and basic programs. Some HVAC experience is preferred, but not required, 3 years? hands-on experience is preferred, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure are also required. A High School diploma or GED is required. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background and reference check. You will be provided with a company van, tools, uniforms and cell phone to complete your job duties. This position is located in Burlington, Mercer and Middlesex Counties.
