Role:

The Hub Operations Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on all operations and facilities equipment. Operations equipment includes but is not limited to high speed automation equipment in a production environment. The position requires a proactive, innovative and analytical individual who can perform in a fast paced work environment.

Desired Skills:

? PLC programming skills
? Compressed air system maintenance and repairs
? Electrical distribution system maintenance and repairs
? Supervision/Leadership skills a plus
Requirements:

? 5+ years experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
? Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
? Must be able to communicate and work effectively with interdepartmental groups
? Responsible for training staff on equipment maintenance, safety, troubleshooting & minor repair.
? General knowledge and skills of MS Office programs
? Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
? Experience in critical spare parts inventory control
? Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
? Occasional travel may be required
? Occasional overtime hours may be needed to support operational needs
? Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
? Ability to work with minimal supervision
? Ability to handle and lift objects up to 50 lbs

Education:

? AA/AS preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and/or military training
