Maintenance Technicians
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing both mechanical and electrical aspects of a multitude of different types of controls on CNC machines.
? Maintain working condition of electric lift trucks.
? Responsible for repair and maintenance of all plant electrical.
? Support communication link between machines and server.
? Responsible for the repair of: welding machines, plasma burners, and laser burners with CNC controls.
? Periodic maintenance of machining centers, transportation vehicles and other equipment.
Skills:
? Must have multi-craft skills.
? Must have troubleshooting and repairing skills.
? Knowledge of turning-centers, machining-centers, grinders, and burning machines with CNC controls.
? Must have mechanical and electrical skills.
? Skilled in truck and lift truck repair.
? Ability to multi-task and good prioritization skills.
? Ability to work with others and coordinate projects with Dept. Managers.
