Job Description
As a manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction and control of the facilities operations consistent with the objectives and goals of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Individual will manage day to day responsibilities, resources and staff pertaining to the operation, alteration, and maintenance of the building.


Essential Skills
1. Degree in Engineering plus a minimum of four (4) years applicable experience or a minimum of eight (8) years experience in Plant Management and/or activities pertaining to the operation, alteration and maintenance of buildings.

2. Demonstrated ability in coordinating and monitoring activities and resources, including establishing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs and activities.

3. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to effectively motivate staff, delegate work, and evaluate performance.

4. Demonstrated ability to analyze various regulations and information processing procedures in order to establish work priorities.

5. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

6. Demonstrated ability to plan and evaluate activities and resources in order to prepare budgets, establish objectives and goals, and determine performance results.

7. Ability to review, recommend and revise policies and procedures.

8. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply procedures and directives.

9. Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with business clients and all levels of Bank staff and management.
