We currently have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Machine Repair Specialist to work with our team of technicians in the Peoria, IL area. 


 


Responsibilities include the following:



Performing a combination of technical (hands-on), systems analysis and methodology


Drive improvements of complex and unique techniques and procedures to analyze, troubleshoot, build up, maintain, and repair complex equipment.


Performing root cause analysis


Perform analysis to reduce machine down time


Identifying engineering solutions for machine up time


Develop and implement total production maintenance methods and procedures to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency.


This position will involve administrative planning for the proactive/preventative maintenance program.



Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:
8+ years experience in maintaining industrial machines
8+ years experience in advanced CNC/PLC control systems
8+ years in electronics and machine electrical systems
Preference given to those candidates with experience developing PM's.
Preference given to those with experience diagnosing proprietary machinery.
Ability/desire to train other manufacturing maintenance technicians.
