National Accounts Service Manager

Candidates for our fast paced and growing national service center need 10 years of industry experience in a broad range of commercial HVAC applications particularly in the areas of packaged roof top units, split systems, and building control systems. The position requires a results oriented individual with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Primary responsibilities are to evaluate service problems, respond to customer inquiries, review quotes for major repairs, resolve technical issues with our network of 700 service providers across the country, manage unit replacement projects, and provide technical support to team members.
