New Account Installer

In addition to offering the largest variety of uniform colors and styles in the industry, our Facility Services group helps our customers keep their businesses looking clean and professional with floor mats, restroom supplies, mops, and shop towels. Our floor mats, which can be customized with corporate logos, check dirt at the door while reducing slips, falls and housekeeping costs. We handle all of the details so our customers don't have to.

 

Cintas is currently looking for a New Account Installer to successfully ensure that new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas' products and services. Selected individual will drive the initial delivery of products to customers after the account is sold. Primary responsibilities include reviewing invoices with customers for accuracy, verifying who the primary contact at the account will be each week, answering questions customers have about their delivery schedule, and ensuring the uniforms, floor mats and other products are left in a mutually agreed upon place at the customer's location. Our New Account Installers are responsible to set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship with Cintas.


Hourly rate is commensurate with background, qualifications and experience.


A valid driver's license and a safe driving record (please note that candidates who receive an offer of employment will be subject to a MVR check)
The ability to do repeated bending, stretching and lifting
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to multi-task
A positive can-do attitude
Strong motivation to succeed
Previous customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry, a plus
Previous route sales experience, a plus
Previous experience working in a sales-related role, a plus
A high school diploma, a plus
Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, a plus
