This position is a dual function position,?Generalist and Building Engineer experience will be required.?????Experience in Building Operations and Building Maintenance.? Knowledge / Experience performing Maintenance and Predictive maintenance a plus.? A two year technical degree or equivalent plus two years experience as an Operations and Maintenance Generalist or completion of an apprenticeship program.? Experience in building chiller systems, and packaged units experience is a plus.? We also require in-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with operations, service, and repairs.? Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays may be required.? Team environment, varying complex services in specialized areas such as mechanical,?lampinig, carpentry, painting, preventative maintenance, etc.

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.? Ability to read labels, directions, etc.? One?to two years general maintenance experience required or one to two years as a O&M Generalist I.? Must be physically able to perform minor maintenance tasks which includes ability to: climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.? Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.? Ability to work second or third shift, holidays, and weekends as required.? May be required to possess a valid driver's license.
