Responsibilities: Seeking a full-time Facility Management Technician to work in a critical site environment.  You will be responsible for performing a variety of service work in all phases of specialized building electrical distribution systems including single & redundant electrical distribution systems, tie switches, transfer switches, and UPS and/or battery systems.  Responsibilities also include numerous facets of facility repairs and maintenance and working with sub-contractors.  Must be knowledgeable about predictive and preventative maintenance programs, planning, and scheduling.  Duties include pm inspection/repair on building systems.  High School graduate required.  Completion of a two year technical degree or equivalent preferred or 2-5+ years of experience including 2 years experience in a critical site environment.  Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. This position will primarily work form 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. 

High School Graduate required. Completion of a two year technical degree or equivalent preferred or 2-5+ years of experience including 2 years experience in a critical site environment.Must be a team player and customer service oriented.  Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record required.Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to:  climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.Required to use a variety of hand and power tools or forklift. Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
