We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our luxury apartment buildings.

 

This is a great opportunity to learn about the operation of residential and commercial buildings in Manhattan. Growth opportunities exist within the company for the right individual. The following list outlines the responsibilities of this position:

1) Answer all tenant work requests by phone; generate and assign work orders for building maintenance staff. See that the work is completed in a timely manner.
2) Schedule necessary work with outside contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
3) Order appliances and building supplies
4) Payroll for maintenance staff
5) Administrative duties such as upkeep of apartment files, tenant contact information, vendor files, vacancy files, etc.
6) Turning apartments over for vacancies (scheduling cleaning, painting, repairs)
7) Constant communication with the leasing office regarding tenant issues
8) Review daily activities of maintenance staff to ensure optimal performance
9) Schedule and coordinate tenant move in/out.
10) Monitor all contractual activities within the buildings.

 

 

Salary: Up to $40,000 based on experience, plus excellent medical coverage & 401k
