Operations Manager

Responsibilities include complete oversite and management of construction and service business for residentail and commercial alarm systems. This person must be a proven leader able to manage projects, people and budgets.

This growth opportunity position reports directly to the President. This position requires a strong leadership/management ability.

-Time will be split 50%/50% between the construction and service business.
- 30% field work 70% office
- Manage between 6 and 8 construction projects at a time (ranging in dollar volume between $10k and $250k)
- Manage between 8 and 12 service technicians (alarm and camera system repair)
- Service Manager reports directly to this position
- The ideal person will also provide leadership to the sales objectives and may manage this group as well
- Must have excellent customer support experience and ability
- This position covers activity in the Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino counties)

 

1. 3-5 years of operations management experience in a construction environment is required.
2. Experience in alarm systems is preferred but not required
3. Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and, Integrated Project Management software (ComputerEase)
