Overhead material handling business is looking for a field service technician. We are a fast growing company with many oppurtunities for the right person. If you like a challenging career with ever changing environments. This is the job for you.

 

Any applicant must have a valid driver?s license. Drug screening and DOT medical card testing must be passed without exceptions before employment can be offered to any applicant. Applicants must be able to work off a ladder and heights without discomfort. Job requires periodic travel and overtime at short notice. Customer?s production sometimes requires us to work evenings and weekends. All applicants would need to supply their own basic hand tools, and steel-toed boots.

 

Company will supply uniforms for all service employees. Company offers paid vacation and health benefits.

 

Applicant should have strong mechanical aptitude. Mechanical experience is necessary. Electrical motor control and VFD experience needed. Must also have a strong maintenance background. Welding, fabrication, and millwright experience would be helpful. Good communication skills are needed. Security clearance is required for access to some customers, so a clean criminal record is required.

 

 

Job responsibilities will include:

 

Preventative maintenance inspections

Installation of equipment

Emergency service calls

Scheduled repairs

Shop repair of customer?s equipment

Assistance with fabrication when needed
