P/T maintenance with tools

This position is for maintenance person of a condo facility beachside. The perks with this job is that the company if flexible with your hours. This is a temporary to permanent position. When you become permanent you will be provided a beachside condo for living so that you can be on call for your facility.

The hours are: M-W-F 7:30 am
and on T-Th 9:30 am

the requirements are you have your own tools, creative thinking, ability to fix items in the facility. General knowledge of Air Conditioners, as well as general pool knowledge. You will not be required to be certified in these items. Work well with other people. You will be required to take a drug test, and pass a background check.
