Network Electrical Services is a national lighting service company for major retailers nationwide with a network of high quality lighting services. Due to our growth, we have the following position available:

PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is the primary customer contact during product implementation.  Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking customer requirements and translating customer requests into specifications.

Other responsibilities include:

* Maintaining and growing current accounts;

* Increasing sales through assigned accounts;

* Preparing sales information, reports and proposals for customers;

* Reviewing and resolving invoice issues;

* Delivering exceptional service to our customers by understanding and

  proactively responding to their needs;

* Visiting customers periodically

Specific Requirements include:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of Customer Service experience;

* A professional and energetic phone presence; exceptional customer service

skills;

* A take charge type of individual who can effectively manage and grow customer

accounts;

* Organizational, problem solving and computer skills
