National service company is seeking an energetic, experienced Payphone Technician to join our team.
This person will be responsible for the provision of field maintenance services on a route basis: on-site maintenance/repair and collection of payphones, as well as installation/removal of machines. Hours are generally 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with possibility of some limited weekend hours or overnight travel required.
Requirements: Must have a technical background, knowledge of electrical circuits/diagrams and trouble-shooting abilities, a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver?s license, a clean driving record, demonstrated mechanical skills, and your own tools. Qualified candidate will be customer oriented, have a positive attitude, and a desire to be a part of a growing and highly motivated service team.
We will provide a company vehicle, a starting salary from $12.00 - $13.00 per hour (based on experience), and a comprehensive benefits package (includes Medical, Dental, and 401K available) to the successful candidate. Pre-employment background screening and drug testing required, as well as random testing during employment period.
