Plant Electrician

Position Description: Perform plant electrical work; repair, replacement, or new installations and instrumentation installation in a pilot plant environment to include - power distribution layout and installation (existing and new); lighting fixture and lamp repair and replacement; conduit layout and installation; generate bills of material; and other work as required by group leader; perform instrumentationn work, replace or new installation in a facilities environment to include; installation of thermocouple wiring; installation of level, pressure weight transmitter wiring.

Position Requirements:

Journeyman's electrical certification or equivalent ; all phases of power wiring and distribution; ability to use a computer word processor and email systems; valid, current automobile operator's license is requirement.

- Ability to lift
up to 50 lbs and pull/push
up to 75 lbs . often.

- NO hearing aid allowed.

- Color vision
required .

- Far/near vision
required, corrective lenses allowed.

- NO contact lens allowed.

- Ability to use respiratory protection is required.
