QUALIFICATIONS:

v  Two to Five years experience in the plumbing industry

v  Valid Florida Drivers License

v  Perform basic plumbing work, including leak diagnosis, the repair or replacement of faucet, valves, hot water heaters, traps, fixtures, toilets, or urinal and drain cleaning

v  To work on any repair either independently or as a team member

v  To work with a variety of hand tools, power tools and service trade tools

v  To be able to keep a clean and professional work area

v  Customer service orientated

v  To be able to work professionally

v  To take pride in every job

v  To be able to work over time or be on call as needed

v  To be able to keep track of and turn in all needed paperwork in a timely and professional manner
