ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Responsibility for this position include answering calls from Powersport dealerships and independent repair facilities, which specialize in the repair of marine, motorcycle, ATV, and automotive equipment; determining complaints, cause and corrections, and appropriate claims decisions on claims of $700 or less; 4 weeks training provided.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualified applicants must possess working knowledge of Powersport Vehicles, which include automotive, marine, ATV, and motorcycles. The ability to type 20 wpm also needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Powerpoint certification preferred.
