Process Maintenance General Foreman

8-10 years process plant experience, preferably mill experience. Proven leadership of people required.

Minimum of two years supervisory experience in mechanical operations as Foreman and/or Assistant General Foreman in a mining facility, gold mining experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required with college degree/technical training preferred. Must possess demonstrated abilities in process management. Mechanical/electrical technical background, coaching and counseling skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Thorough knowledge of MSHA and other safety related laws. Familiar with  rules and regulations as they pertain to repair, inspection and operating practices. Applicant must possess strong computer and analytical skills. Must have demonstrated commitment to safety.
