Metron Product Marketing Engineer III ? Novellus Concept One - Gilbert, AZ

 

Responsibilities

* Exhibit in depth product experience and knowledge with the Novellus Concept One system.

* Respond to Customer RFQ Specifications and lead technical negotiations with customers.

* Develop and implement strategic goals for account and product penetration by providing pertinent business information and coordinating and participating in demos and customer meetings.

* Identifying and resolving technical product or commercial issues with marketing implications.

* Design and present product or account specific product information and difficult technical presentations to customers.

* Translate customer requirements into build-able systems within manufacturing business guidelines.

* Disseminating product and pricing information to the field.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience

* Technical experience in a semiconductor company and with the Novellus Concept One system required.

* Strong interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills; ability to exercise mature judgment.

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; strong analytical skills; detail oriented; very computer literate.

* Ability to work in a team; ability to work independently; ability to influence other people; ability to act as mentor.

* Ability to travel.

* Ability to identify customer needs and to negotiate to common agreement.

* AS degree and/or BS in a technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge).

* 5+ years directly related experience.
