Production Supervisor with strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

 
Minimum of 3 to 5 years INDUSTRIAL production / maintenance experience, preferably in a plant manufacturing facility.
Must have proven Leadership skills and supervisory experience.
Will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal and to maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times.
Must possess a high level of analytical skills supported by strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Will have a proven track record of working in a team environment.
Will possess a proven track record showing (a) the ability to prioritize effectively, (b) seek process improvements to business processes, (c) recommend and, within the position?s scope, make positive changes resulting in goal achievement and (d) a penchant for being proactive and utilizing excellent time management skills.
