Puritan Sales Service Route Specialist

We are seeking female and male applicants to join our Puritan / Service Solutions Division, (www.puritansvc.com). Puritan has an over 80-year history of providing cleaning and sanitation systems for the foodservice, hospitality, government facilities and healthcare industries. You'll be a hero to an established route of around the clock customers by understanding their dishwashing and cleaning needs, and providing Puritan solutions to their sanitation issues. Main Responsibilities:

Enhance customer satisfaction by identifying and solving potential issues through suggesting and providing customer solutions
Provide outstanding customer service by educating customers
Manage route through recognition of service opportunities and implementation of service solutions
Respond to customer emergency service requests on weeknights, weekends, holidays
Exhibit safe equipment use and ensure dish machines are fully operational
Install/repair dish machine and dispensing systems
Cultivate customer relationships through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Jumpstart your career with on-the-job training


Cities in Route: Vallejo, Napa, Chico, and Redding, CA.
Weekend coverage: Every other weekend.
Overnight travel: Four to eight trips per month.
Income package: $30,000 - $40,000 (base) plus decaled service vehicle.
Cities/Area candidates must reside in: Prefer candidates from the Vallejo, CA area.


Key Qualifications:

Problem-solving ability to devise customer solutions
Hands-on technical ability; mechanical/electrical/plumbing
Excellent organizational/time mgmt skills
Self-motivation and drive for results
High School diploma or GED
Hospitality/food service/route/retail home improvement industry exp. preferred
2 yrs work or military exp; sales exp is a plus
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, valid driver's license
Able to lift and/or carry 50 lbs.
Basic PC skills w/ home office capability
