The ideal candidate must be a motivated team player who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the tools industry combined with knowledge and experience in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical repair.

Responsibilities:

? Analyze machine tool and equipment malfunctions both electrical and mechanical

? Perform complex machine and equipment repair as required

? Disassemble, clean, repair, overhaul, align, fit and reassemble

? Install, maintain, and repair the various systems and controls such as mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, water, oil, gas and air

? Recommend changes to equipment and systems to reduce breakdown and repair

? Perform general maintenance work such as carpentry, plumbing, welding, masonry and electrical work

? Make repairs to building and heating systems

? Perform preventative maintenance

? Self starter ? ability to identify issues and present a solution

? Ability to drive projects to completion

? Team player

 

Experience/Education Required/Sought:  

? Ability to use blueprints, drawings, schematics or verbal instructions

? Knowledge and experience with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic machine repair
