Regional Service Manager

Electronic Environments Corporation (EEC) provides Infrastructure Management Solutions to 7 x 24 x 365 Information Technology and Telecommunications operations. We provide the industry with integrated ?end-to-end? services- from design & construction to on-going maintenance-  for their critical infrastructure facilities such as Data Centers and Telecommunication Switch Sites.

 

We are currently seeking a Regional Service Manager to work at our Headquarter office in Marlborough MA.  With our ever growing service department we are seeking an experienced Manager to manage our HVAC, Generator and UPS Technicians. 

 

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Retention and Growth of existing service contract customer base Management, hiring and development of service techniciansSupport manpower allocation and staff schedulingProvide HVAC technical assistance when required Create department procedures and guidelinesEnsure work is performed to meet or exceed customer's needs Management of business portfolio to meet or exceed target profit margins Customer interface and problem resolutionPrepare estimate, quotes and proposalsTeam participation with service administration and sales forceProfit and Loss responsibility for the HVAC Service BusinessOn call and available by phone after normal hours

 

Candidate requires:Strong knowledge of HVAC service; preferably with commercial AC systems such as Liebert, Bard, Marvair, Trane, Carrier and others.Excellent communication skillsBusiness administration and management skillsStrong computer skills requiredIdeal candidate will possess prior service management experienceIdeal candidate is motivated, enthusiastic and has a strong work ethicBA, BS or ME Degree6+ years of related experienceTravel throughout New England required (25%)

 

Candidate shall be familiar with a variety of the field service concepts, practices, and procedures. Will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  You will perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others.
