Repair Technician (TILE)

Responsibilities Include:  Verify all installation trade damage is called into Customer Service departmentAddress the installation trade damage by either repairing the damage or having the installer make the appropriate repairsContribute to a positive and productive work environmentConform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions

 

Required Skills:

- Must be extremely proficient at TILE and hard-surface repair and installation.

- Skills in the following are also helpful:Vinyl ? caulking, sealing, and repairing seamsCarpet ? Tractor trim, install medal, trim and tuck walls, cut out best ventsCeramic ? Grout touch up, caulkWood ? Dings, caulking

- Must have excellent communication skills and customer service ethic

- Must be able to drive to worksites and provide proof of clean driving record
