Founded in 1960, Windsor Management, is one of the leading privately held real estate management firms in the United States. We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic for a gorgeous 652 unit Class A community in Englewood. 



MUST BE AIR CONDITIONING QUALIFIED

We are seeking an individual able to read wiring diagrams, experienced in turning units, experienced in building maintenance, with a well rounded knowledge of plumbing, appliances, and electricity.



Position requires overtime, some holiday and weekend work, ownership of hand tools. This is an on-call position.



Drug test and background checks are an employment requirement.
