SERVICE TECHNICIAN
FOR SOUTHEAST USA
Since 1987, Autolog designs, manufactures and install sawmill process control and optimization systems.
DESCRIPTION
? Assure technical support on Autolog systems;
? Makes sure that clients' problems are resolved quickly;
? He/she will be in ongoing contact with our service department in Blainville, (QC), Canada;
? Assist representatives during technical presentations;
? The person will be available for troubleshooting and training of Autolog systems;
? The person will report any installation problems.
REQUIREMENTS
? College degree in electronic or mechanic;
? 3 to 5 years of experience in sawmill industry and/or wood transformation;
? Familiar with lumber grading in sawmill process;
? Good electrical background;
? Very familiar with PLC's and computers;
? Willing to travel across Southeast;
? Familiar with overall sawmill process;
? Highly motivated, good sense of customer service, independent.
