Sanitation Supervisor to $60k+ - Food Manufacturing

Job Description: Dynamic, family oriented food manufacturing company has immediate opening for a sanitation supervisor. You will be responsible for overseeing all operations in the area of sanitation, ensuring that all standards are kept up to the code set in the food industry, and supervising 20-30 people that are responsible for cleaning the machines, line equipment, facilities. You will adhere to GMP standards and will clean and maintain equipment after production is complete. Client is ideally looking for someone who has good self-discipline as he or she will be over-seeing the timecard process; has good trouble shooting skills, and ability to think ahead and catch things before they happen. Will also be handling employee counseling and corrective action matters. This person will be the only supervisor during this time at the plant, so may be called on to oversee other matters required by a supervisor. Must be flexible to work early hours required of the position- has a start time varying between 3-5am. Good benefits and a quarterly bonus incentive for this position.
