Security/Home Theater/Home Automation Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for installing/servicing various residential/commercial security systems or customized home theater systems for the elite (depending on applicable experience). Involves surveying, planning and identifying installation requirements as well as layout for installations. Responsible for all aspects of the installation: pulling necessary cable, making proper terminations, programming, completion of all necessary documentation and related paperwork, verifying proper operation of features and benefits for installations as well as provide consumer/user training on operation, features and benefit of system(s). Responsible for insuring proper company vehicle maintenance & management of company inventory & tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have previous experience with professional installations of residential and/or commercial security systems or custom home theater systems & home automation (minimum 2 years) Certified installer is a definite plus!!! Knowledge with GE security systems (ITI & Caddx) is preferred knowledge with Control 4 home automation systems is preferred Must posses a valid California Alarm Agent License Must be insurable to drive company vehicle (good driving record) Must be self-motivated, organized and looking to work in a positive, drug-free environment with an industry leader
