a Semiconductor HDPCVD Start-up Technician

Description:Perform system sustaining, preventative maintenance, and start-up on HDPCVD tools, 200 and 300 mm. Working in a clean room environment, team members will perform Tier 1 through Process Qualification of tool mainframes, process chambers, and other mechanical, electromechanical and electrical components. Install, diagnose, and repair semiconductor equipment.

Job Locations: Hudson, MA, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and other sites nationwide and internationally.

Required Experience:  Previous 200 and/or 300 mm HDPCVD tool start-up experience as an OEM technician.

Qualifications:ASEET or BSEET; 3-5 years electromechanical experience Working knowledge of 200mm or 300mm Endura, Producer, Centura, or Ultima HDPCVD, Etch, PVD, CMP or Deposition tools. Participated in a minimum of two tool start-ups or systems final tests for tool OEM. Well-developed technical communication skills. Ability to effectively use hand tools, meters, scopes, and other pertinent specialized test equipment. Demonstrated ability to install, diagnose, and repair complex semiconductor equipment. Ability to follow procedures, attention to details, strong communication skills and willingness to get the job done. Proven customer service skills. Flexibility to work all shifts/overtime/stand-by/on-call/holidays when required.  Willingness to travel internationally required.

? Occasionally may be required to work rapidly for long periods of time; will routinely bend, stoop, reach, and walk.
