The Whitlock Group, an award-winning provider of professional broadcast and presentation solutions, is now accepting applications for a Senior Service Manager at our Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina office location.

Preferred candidates will have experience with management of technical integration and field service teams. This position requires excellent organization and communication skills. This position will responsible for, but not limited to:Production and distribution of monthly reports. Assignment of tasks to Service Technicians and follow up on service calls and preventative maintenance calls.Tracking Service Contract renewals and agreements. Maintaining coverage for 24/7 pager(s) to cover applicable contract calls.Assisting Sales Department and/or produce service contracts for new and existing clients.Assisting in maintaining non-inventory installation supplies.Manage all branch on-site TWG on-site Service Labor Contract Personnel.Monitor the attendance and performance of Service Department personnel.Assist with TWG Durham branch personnel training matrix.
