Functional Responsibilities:

? Perform service work to install, maintain and repair reverse osmosis systems and water softener equipment. 

? Liaison between customer and schedule desk/ Operations Manager.

? Service Hours of operation 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM M-F and ? day on Saturday.

?  Review service work orders for jobs, record and complete paperwork for appropriate billing and documentation. 

? Provide a high level of customer service. 

 

Reporting relationships:

 Operations Manager

 General Manager

 

Requirements:

? Experience in working with customers in residential and office environments.

? Plumbing experience required and filtration/ water treatment experience a plus.

? Demonstrated customer service skills and understanding of sales and service functions within a company.

? Positive attitude and willingness to learn

? High School Diploma required.  College degree preferred.
