Service Administrator

Colorado Compressor, Inc., established in 1983 and the leading full service air compressor and blower distributor in the Rocky Mountain region, has an immediate opening for a Service Administrator in its Denver area based business.  Colorado Compressor, Inc. offers its customers turnkey air equipment solutions, the largest factory-trained service organization, an in-house engineering and design staff, and a dedicated parts team with local parts inventory.

 

The Service Administrator responsibilities will include:

  Handle service telephone calls customer "drop-ins"  Conduct dispatching activities for service technicians  Schedule service work and technicians Provide quotes for service work Open and process work orders for service calls and PM's Handle inventory transactions necessary for service work Evening and weekend service department coverage Other related service department activities

 

The successful candidate should have:

 Bachelor's Degree in a technical area Excellent organization and customer service skills 3-5 years experience in a technical environment, preferably in

an industrial service department Strong computer and system skills Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task
