HISTORY:

has an immediate position available to head the service department for the largest and oldest coffee roaster in Phoenix, Arizona (23 years). We are the Arizona leader in the specialty coffee and tea industry, and a family owned and run company. A great place to work and a friendly family to work for. CRA is a strong and stable company which makes decisions for the long term success of the company. Customers are statewide, primarily in the Phoenix valley, and a company service vehicle available. Prior related work experience a big plus.

SKILLS/Responsibilities:
? Familiarity with repairs on a wide variety of coffee, tea, and espresso equipment.
? Clean driving record with valid Arizona driver?s license.
? High School diploma or equivalent.
? Ability to lift / move a 100 pound piece of equipment.
? Fluent in the English language - spoken and written.
? Positive attitude - successfully achieves goals using brain power as well as hard work.
? Punctual.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Simple wiring and plumbing skills needed.
? Able to shift priorities during the day as different situations arise.
? Must be able to follow instructions, learn and understand the technical functions of the espresso and coffee brewing equipment.
? Must be able to follow equipment wire diagrams
? Quick learner and team player
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
? Organized - keep a clean work area in shop, warehouse, vehicle and at customer locations at all times.


JOB DESCRIPTION -
? Coordinate in-house service department.
? Organize and perform / oversee service calls and in-house repairs.
? Installation of equipment at customer locations.
? Maintain customer accounts regarding regular service work on brewers and espresso machines.
? Maintain in-house showroom espresso equipment.
? Maintain parts and supplies inventory for shop and vehicle.
? Be on-call to take after-hour service calls, possibly then to perform work
? Diagnose equipment problems over the phone
? Perform regular monthly preventive maintenance
? Maintain computer records.
? Track inventory

Training on unfamiliar equipment will be provided.
Ability to taste the difference between good and bad coffee or tea a must, eventually, if not already.
