Our business is growing rapidly and we are looking for a professional, intelligent, and highly motivated individual to help us grow exponentially over the next 3 years.

Currently we are looking for a Service Manager for our distribution center in the Tampa area. The successful candidate will oversee operations and staff of our Service/Installation and Delivery Departments.  Our Service Manager works in the field with our service team installing and servicing our equipment.  Other duties include general office work and management tasks such as interviewing, hiring, coaching, and scheduling of the entire operations department staff.

Ideal candidates will possess:

*A good understanding of mechanical and electrical aspects
*Management/supervisory experience is required, field supervisory experience is a plus
*Ability to work early morning hours and be flexible with hours scheduled
*Good interpersonal/communication skills and positive customer service attitude
*Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
*Candidates must have a good driving record and ability to be CDL certified
*Basic computer and typing skills
*Demonstrated track record of an ability to react quickly to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
*Restaurant industry and field service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
